The rooms at this venue were beautifully decorated, high quality, and had a well-stocked mini bar and crisp sheets.

We were in a perfect location within a close distance from a tranquil park. The airport was 10 km away.

The hotel is in the heart of the city yet it is peaceful and quiet,just steps from a beautiful gardens.The services are great and the cleanliness and comfort of the room made us feel at home away from home.We had wonderful time and will stay in the hotel on our next visit .

Fairly clean place with responsive staff and incredible view to the Doctors' Garden. Fab croissants, cereals, and fruit in the morning. Unbeatable location of the hotel in a quiet area. Also - close to Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and other places of interest, and the centre from Sofia.

I like this hotel so much, because rooms are comfortable and always clean. When I stayed here, there were not enough dress hangers in my room, so I requested them. The hotel quickly responded to it. After that I stayed here 3 times, and I find in every room furnishes them.

Easy arrangement of pick up at the airport, an excellent introduction to Bulgaria. A comfotable and relaxing hotel.

This venue was spacious with a lovely balcony, and its exceptional location a short stroll to Zaimov Park made it even better, with top-notch service provided here.

Great hotel, staff couldn't be more firendly. We arrived early in the morning after travelling all night and whilst we couldn't check in the staff let us use all the facilities to get cleaned up and get out in to Sofia for the day. Also helped us with onward jouney information.

The room was spotless and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The restaurant here was stunning for breakfast, with nice views of Vitosha mountain. The location was marvelous and lovely, just a pleasant stroll away from a cathedral church.

For a stay of 6-days incl. a weekend I would have expected an additional discount or e.g. acess to Sauna which was not included in the price; Shower partly needed long time to spend warm water; scrumbled eggs at breakfast have been cold.

Large room, nice location, free underground garage, free wireless internet in the room, breakfast could be better
